Good hope is an institution to give hope to the poor roam around without any shelter, any relation or friends from different casts & nationality. The institution established when co operation initated a city cleaning of beggers from the cohin city all the beggers were rehabilitated in different institutions around the city.SD Sisters from St.Marys Province took challenge to work for them, when Dist. Collector Mr. Rajan requested to take care of those abandoned old people.AEO office at Cochin was vacant that time and is used to rehabilitate the street men & women. Good hope is inaugurated on 25th October 1990. The experience is met by corporation and it is gone well by the help of good & generous citizens. Sisters are happy to see suffering Christ in them & work there with real compassionate love.
